- Fairness and Impartiality: Teachers must treat all students equally and unbiased, regardless of ethnicity, gender, race, language usage, abilities/disabilities, or beliefs.
- Respect and Dignity: Educators should promote a classroom environment that values respect and promotes positive relationships between students and teachers.
- Confidentiality: Teachers must maintain the privacy of student information confidential unless there is a legal or safety concern.
- Professional Boundaries: Teachers should avoid any type of relationship with students that could be exploitative or compromise their professional role.
- Promoting Learning: Teachers must provide the best education and create a positive stimulating learning environment.

- Professional Skills: Teachers must maintain and enhance their skills and knowledge through ongoing professional development.
- Integrity and Honesty: Educators should act with integrity and honesty in all their professional dealings with staff, parents and students.

Ethical Conduct
- Modeling Positive Behavior: Teachers must demonstrate strong character traits, such as perseverance, honesty, and respect to staff, parents and students.
- Demonstrating Constructive Feedback: Teachers must offer positive feedback that is specific, timely, and helpful to students' learning.
- Supporting Diverse Learners: Teachers should create inclusive classrooms that meet the needs of all students.
- Confidentiality: Teachers must keep student information private and share it only with Supervisors and approved individuals.
- Discrimination: Teachers should not discriminate against students based on race, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic.
- Avoiding Conflicts of Interest: Teachers should not use their position to gain personal advantage/gains.
- Reporting Concerns: Teachers should report any concerns about student safety or well-being to the appropriate supervisors or authorities.
